We want you to love what you receive from Street 27!

Return / Exchange Eligibility

●       Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

●       The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all protective materials intact.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

●       Please share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

●       Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

Refund Process

●       Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after quality check.

●       Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–7 business days.

●       COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI Payment (customer must share bank details).

Exchange Policy

●       Exchange is subject to stock availability.

●       Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.

●       In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship.
