Return Policy:

Our goal is to earn your absolute satisfaction. But in case of any errors, you are free to return the products purchased. Please go through the following prerequisites before claiming for return.

  • You have 7 days following order receipt to return an item to us under our 7-day return policy.
  • Your item needs to be new, unused, with tags, and in the original packing in order for the return to be accepted. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
  • Please note that jewelry charms are not subject to return.

Refund Policy:

Only for purchases that were canceled and received damaged, a refund will be issued; the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. It is advised to take videos and photos while opening the package as in case of returns, it will pose as evidence.

Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If the refund request is accepted, it will be processed within 10 days. Within 21 working days of the confirmation date for the refund, refunds must be handled.


Exchange Policy:

Street27 is aware that occasionally the item you receive might not live up to your expectations, and you might want to swap it for another one. According to this policy:

You have seven days from the date of delivery to replace the product(s) you received for another product(s).

The item(s) must be undamaged, with the tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

The cost of shipping the product(s) back to the buyer is their responsibility.

The customer will be responsible for paying the price difference if the replacement item(s) chosen for exchange are more expensive than the item(s) being returned.

Street27 will start a reimbursement of the price difference if the cost of the new item(s) chosen for exchange is/are less than the cost of the item(s) being returned.

For our confirmation, do provide us a copy of the exchange waybill information as well as a photo of the courier partner's receipt.
